The fastest and easiest way to schedule your appointment with the doctor is to contact our office at (360) 241-6630.

One of our staff members will promptly schedule you with a convenient time to see the doctor. For your convenience we also have an office map and directions available for you to print out.

We realize that today many individuals are very busy and we are very accomodating.  We allow walk-ins daily during regular office hours Tue/Thur/Sat 7:30am-6:30pm.
